7 Times the Quran Reminded Us That Allah Has the Best Plans

Hey girl! So, life’s been a mess lately, huh? You make all these grand plans, only to have them crash and burn in the most spectacular way possible. Whether it’s the dream job that slipped through your fingers, the friendship that went south, or the marriage proposal that never happened ,  it’s like life’s trolling you. But guess what? It’s not. It’s actually Allah’s way of saying, “Girl, I’ve got something better planned for you.”

Ready to find some peace in this chaotic ride? Here are 7 times the Quran reminded us that Allah’s plan is THE plan.

1. When You’re Anxious About the Future (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:216)

“But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not.”

We’ve all been there. Hyperventilating over future plans like we control the universe. Reality check: We don’t. You may have missed out on something you really wanted, but girl, Allah’s got the ultimate 360-degree vision. Trust Him to lead you to something much better.

2. When You Feel Completely Alone (Surah Ad-Duha 93:3)

“Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muhammad], nor has He detested [you].”

Feeling ghosted by the world? Yeah, been there. But here’s the tea: Just because your life feels like a deserted island doesn’t mean Allah’s not with you. He’s probably working behind the scenes to hand you something epic.

3. When You’re Overwhelmed by Life’s Struggles (Surah Ash-Sharh 94:5-6)

“For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.”

Can we just appreciate how Allah repeats this TWICE? Like, sis, if this isn’t a divine pep talk, I don’t know what is. Every struggle is basically your glow-up in disguise.

4. When You Feel Like a Complete Failure (Surah Al-Anfal 8:30)

“And they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners.”

You planned, you executed, you failed. But wait ,  did you really? Maybe Allah just hit the pause button because what you’re asking for isn’t good for you yet. Patience, girl. Your win is on its way.

5. When Your Heart Breaks for the Wrong People (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:286)

“Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear.”

Sometimes, the people you love just don’t love you back. Ouch. But here’s the truth bomb: Allah removes people from your life because they’re not part of your journey. Harsh? Maybe. But necessary.

6. When You’re Hit with Unfairness (Surah Yusuf 12:100)

“And He raised his parents upon the throne, and they bowed to him in prostration. And he said, ‘O my father, this is the explanation of my vision of before. My Lord has made it reality. And He was certainly good to me when He took me out of prison and brought you here from the bedouin life after Satan had induced [estrangement] between me and my brothers. Indeed, my Lord is Subtle in what He wills. Indeed, it is He who is the Knowing, the Wise.’”

Remember when Prophet Yusuf (AS) was thrown into a well by his own brothers? Yeah, that betrayal ended up making him a ruler. Sometimes, the worst circumstances are just part of your training for something greater.

7. When You’re Desperately Waiting for a Miracle (Surah Al-Imran 3:139)

“So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are [true] believers.”

Feeling stuck in a rut? Keep the faith. Sometimes your ‘No’ is just a ‘Not Yet’ from Allah. And when He gives, He gives BIG.

The Bottom Line

Sis, life’s plot twists are just proof that you’re not the author of your own story. But you know what? That’s okay. Because the One writing your story? Yeah, He’s the best in the business. So next time life feels like a total mess, just smile and say, “Allah’s got this.”

And oh, if you needed a sign to chill out and let Allah work His magic ,  this is it.
